Carriers and terminals bill you for delays that weren't yours. Delphi proves it and disputes the charge.
When a charge lands in your inbox, Delphi rebuilds what happened from your records and disputes it if it doesn't hold up.
You pay a share of what we save you. If we save nothing, you pay nothing.
Almost every detention charge falls below the line where anyone fights it.
The same receiver signed two records of one delivery. One says the truck was there 2 hours and 26 minutes. The other says 20 minutes.
A Miami freight forwarder received an LTL delivery from a national carrier, booked through a broker. Fourteen days later, the broker billed detention for the wait. The forwarder disputed it the same day. The thread grew to about 10 people across two companies and ended unresolved.
- 112:00 PMReceiving hours end (listed on the carrier's own receipt)
- 21:19 PMDriver checks in (carrier record)
- 33:24 PMIn (warehouse stamp)
- 43:44 PMOut (warehouse stamp)
- 53:45 PMDriver leaves (carrier record)
Delay Time field: left blank on both carrier documents.

What the forwarder argued
GPS arrival doesn't prove the driver was checked in and ready at the dock.
What was already in the paperwork
The carrier's own receipt lists receiving hours ending at noon, and the truck checked in at 1:19 PM. The Delay Time field was blank on both carrier documents. The warehouse's own stamped times were never cited.
Neither side had a neutral record of when the driver reached the dock. Delphi checks in with the driver by text at the gate and records the time while the truck is there. That record doesn't depend on anyone's signature.
Illustrative example of a detention dispute. Not a specific customer case.
How it works
We record the handoff
Our agent checks in with the driver by text at your gate and logs arrival and departure while the truck is there.
We rebuild and check
When a charge lands in your inbox, Delphi matches it to the shipment, puts your records on one timeline and checks it against your contract and the rules that apply.
We file or clear it
If the charge doesn't hold up, Delphi disputes it with the evidence, in the format the other side accepts. If it's fair, we tell you, so you can pay it.
What the driver sees
Two short texts. No app, no login. The times are recorded while the truck is at your dock.
You set a dollar limit. Below it, Delphi files on its own. Above it, nothing goes out until you approve.

You pay a share of what we save you, only on charges Delphi disputes. If we save nothing, you owe nothing. We'll walk you through the numbers on a call.
The amount you were billed minus what you finally paid, on each charge Delphi disputed.
No hardware. Delphi connects to your email and to systems you already run, like your warehouse system, yard system and dock cameras. Our agent checks in with drivers by text, so your team keeps working the way it does today.
Delphi only disputes when the records support it. You set a dollar limit, and anything above it waits for your approval.

We use your documents only to review and dispute your charges. We're happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.
